If the weather looks really bad for the day of the match, the Match Director will head out to the range & make the decision to cancel the match. The decision will be immediately posted in the Twitter feed -- no later than 4:00pm for Wednesday matches & 7:15am for Saturday matches. If there is an upcoming holiday conflict with a match, it will be changed in the calendar. Several board members have access to the Twitter feed & it will be updated regularly.
